TIME. CALM. TRUST.
Confidential conversations and reserved time create room to discuss your aesthetic identity, personal wishes and long-term care plan thoughtfully.
Private Athlete Mandate & Family*FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION TO A LONG-TERM STRATEGY
Your sport, your role and your concerns are our starting point.
The team reviews your concerns, available care capacity and the options at your preferred location.
You discuss expectations, personal goals and the appropriate medical responsibilities.
Distinctive features, natural expression, personal goals and your calendar come together in a long-term strategy.
Your progress is followed over time; goals and strategy are reviewed together each year.
We begin with an individual medical assessment of your face, skin, hair, scalp, expression and other relevant areas. With your consent, secure, standardised progress photography can make changes visible. Your personal expression is the reference point for planning.
Together, we record what you want to preserve, change or simply keep under review. We also note what you want left untouched. Your wishes guide your care, and an annual consultation keeps the plan in step with your life.
If you wish, your professor discusses possible developments and aesthetic medical options with you in depth. They clearly distinguish medical findings, aesthetic observations and personal recommendations. For each option, you decide whether and when to pursue it.
Your Appearance Passport confidentially records relevant findings, known intolerances and decisions discussed together. This HPA documentation format is continually updated, allowing you to follow your development over time.
HPA AESTHETIC IDENTITY GOVERNANCE™

Your individuality gives you presence. We bring medical expertise and an understanding of your career to three personal questions: what would you like to preserve, what would you like to develop, and when would it fit your life?

Your features, your expressions, your presence: together, we record what makes you unmistakably you. This personal signature guides every decision that follows.
You receive a considered assessment of your options, their benefits and the right timing. For specified procedures, a second professor reviews the plan. You set the pace.
Your baseline, goals and progress are clearly documented. Regular consultations keep your plan in step with your career.
YOUR STRATEGY IN PRACTICE
The examples show how personal goals, progress and next steps can be documented.
Distinctive features and natural expressions
Discuss your personal skin-quality goals
Individually recorded aesthetic boundaries
Review progress together before deciding
THINK LONG TERM. DECIDE TOGETHER.
Competitions, training phases, recovery, travel, shoots and important private events set the timeline for your plan. If your calendar changes, we discuss medically appropriate adjustments.
Both programmes include a second professor's assessment before significant changes that are permanent or difficult to reverse. This broadens the basis for your decision; differing opinions are also recorded. Selected strategic questions are additionally considered in regular case discussions.
Once a year, you and your professor review your progress, current wishes and the next stage of your career. An updated plan follows. This strategy review is part of both programmes and also supports transitions into new stages of life.
Your professor explains the options, risks, alternatives, commitment involved and appropriate timing. You can then take your time to decide what meets your wishes. Any action requires your voluntary consent and must be medically appropriate.
