Medical collaboration

A shared view of the person.
With clear medical responsibility.

HPA Aesthetic Identity Governance™ adds a long-term plastic and aesthetic medical perspective on recognisability and natural expression to existing care. Clearly agreed responsibilities and focused handovers integrate this strategy into the athlete's care.

Team and sports medicine

The responsible team and sports doctors manage acute care, general sports medicine and return to play. HPA contributes the long-term aesthetic medical strategy. Relevant information is shared with appropriate permission and for the specific care purpose.

Additional dermatological and specialist expertise

New skin changes or questions spanning specialties receive an additional specialist assessment where needed. Relevant findings are then incorporated into the personal strategy. External services and treatment costs are agreed separately.

Treatment with personal responsibility

Depending on the concern and local medical framework, the Lead Professor provides treatment or coordinates it. Responsibility for the indication, informed consent, procedure and aftercare is agreed personally with the relevant treating specialist.

Handovers that prepare the next step

Every handover records who takes on the concern, who makes medical decisions, what information is needed and who is responsible for aftercare. Taking over treatment is expressly agreed with the responsible specialist.
