Open source ↗An individual historical contract covering image rights, photography and appearance obligations, and approvals. It is not a general standard for high fashion and does not establish a blanket obligation to keep the face unchanged. Here, 'appearance' refers in particular to public appearances.
Open source ↗Professional scope: HPA provides the personally agreed care and documentation. Naturalness and recognisability are individual goals; medical outcomes, sponsorship commitments, market values and insurance terms cannot be guaranteed. The specific medical recommendation considers options, risks and alternatives. Acceptance, coverage and premiums are decided by the relevant insurer. The linked British medical guidelines concern factual communication and informed consent; they are not German law or evidence of HPA's effectiveness.

Open source ↗HPA Aesthetic Identity Governance™ describes a care concept aimed at preserving personal recognisability and natural expression over the long term. Skin quality, unchanged expressions, specific treatment outcomes and career success are not guaranteed. Medically achievable results, risks and alternatives are discussed in the individual decision-making process.
Medical assessment of the face, skin, hair, scalp, expression and other relevant areas supports individual planning. No beauty score is produced. Standardised progress photography requires an appropriate consent and data-protection framework.
Appearance Passport is the name of HPA's own confidential documentation format for relevant findings, known intolerances, progress and decisions. It is not a validated certificate.
Sport-related planning scenarios and sample documents illustrate the care concept. They do not contain real patient cases or patient information and are not individual medical recommendations.
Professor-led describes the organisational model, with a professor personally responsible for the overall plan. It does not imply scientifically superior outcomes. Treating specialists remain responsible for their own treatments. Before publication, personal profiles are checked for academic titles, qualifications, medical authorisation, roles, actual availability and care locations.
A sport or country alone does not determine the applicable anti-doping rules. The current rules of the specific federation, league, series, tour or other competition apply. This website does not grant clearance for medicines, methods, competition participation or equipment. Required approvals are obtained from the responsible body through the designated procedure.
When unexpected developments occur, urgency and risk must first be assessed medically. This determines appropriate care and any later corrective planning. Complete correction or an outcome that is invisible by an appearance date is not promised. Acute emergencies require immediate local emergency care.
Specific quantities, contact windows and mandate fees have not yet been approved for release. They are expressly agreed before commissioning. Coordination does not mean blanket cost coverage. External examinations, procedures, operations, hair transplants, medicines, products, dentistry, grooming, travel, hotels, clinic services and specific aftercare are agreed separately. The website does not offer prices or flat-rate treatment packages.
Coordination, medical advice, local treatment and personal attendance are each assessed according to the patient's actual location, medical authority, competence, insurance, access, suitable treatment facilities, aftercare and actual availability. This also applies to digital advice. Neither the mandate nor a personal trip creates blanket worldwide permission to treat or a promise of treatment. Travel and hotel costs are not automatically included in separately agreed travel under the Private mandate.
The personal admission review establishes fit, services, the responsible practitioner and availability. An enquiry or recommendation is not an admission commitment and does not create a treatment contract. Contract and admission are agreed separately. Organisation, billing and access to medical information are distinct roles. Payment or organisational support alone does not grant medical information access; specific permission or applicable legal authority is required.
Minors and people whose age is uncertain undergo a separate human review. A parent, legal guardian, agent and payer have different roles. A form selection does not establish authority to represent someone. This enquiry pathway does not lead to a cosmetic purchase process or collect a detailed medical history for a minor. At adulthood, representation, contract, consent, communication and access rights are reviewed again; previous family access does not continue automatically.
Firm service windows are agreed once actual availability has been confirmed for the specific mandate. Receipt of a message, a personal reply and medical assessment are separate steps. Appointment and calendar details are brought together only as needed for planning.
The catalogue describes the intended scope. The personal admission process establishes responsibility, capacity and the requirements for the requested care. The specific mandate offer sets out confirmed services, contacts and agreed costs. Availability in particular locations, personal travel and local treatment options are reviewed separately for each concern.
The baseline profile and advice are based on medical findings, personal wishes and individual anatomy. A photographic beauty score, ranking of flaws or standardised ideal is not a basis for decisions. Height and sport alone cannot determine doses, treatment suitability or recovery periods. Sports medical statements undergo professional review before publication.
The personal decision document is a format for recording medical advice. It records options, risks, the commitment involved, timing requirements and the decision. It does not constitute universal scientific validation or a guarantee of clinical or aesthetic outcomes. Medical findings, aesthetic observations and subjective recommendations are expressly distinguished in consultation.
Care supports personal aesthetic identity, recognisability and autonomy. Management, brands, legal advisers and insurers are involved only within their respective authority. Aesthetic medical care does not promise sponsorship work, market value, insurance coverage or insurance benefits. Each medical, contractual and insurance question is assessed individually by the responsible party.
The enquiry supports a personal review of the concern, responsibility and organisational fit. It does not assess beauty, sporting performance, fame or sponsorship potential. A recommendation and participation in selection do not constitute a medical commitment or entitlement to a mandate offer. If you continue after the free recommendation, a 25-minute video conversation and a personal meeting with the Supervisory Board follow. Any offer for the separate three-month initial phase is then decided individually; a subsequent contract for one, three or five years requires a further express agreement. Duration does not create a volume discount or entitlement to procedures. Both parties' right to end the arrangement at any time is expressly agreed; practical arrangements and continuity of any ongoing care are governed by the contract.
Personal wishes are discussed in light of medical findings and available options; they may change over time. Not every wish is medically achievable. Care does not guarantee a particular clinical or aesthetic result, hair growth, preventive success or complete correction of an external treatment outcome. Nor can it promise that a change will be invisible by a shoot or other appointment. Terms such as ‘glow’ describe personal aspirations, not a standardised medical outcome.
Your permissions determine how medical progress photographs are used. Publication requires separate consent. The Appearance Passport remains confidential; it is neither public nor automatically accessible worldwide. Only information required and authorised for an established purpose is shared. The full medical record is not a management dashboard. Calendar synchronisation requires your separate consent. Family, management, clubs, sponsors and payers do not gain automatic access to medical information through their role or funding. Legal authority and special cases are reviewed individually; permissions for adults and minors are established separately.
The mandate covers the agreed care and coordination. Specialist treatments are not automatically covered by the mandate fee. Surgery, injections, medicines and follow-up treatments are agreed separately, including hair transplantation. Products remain a free choice and are billed separately. Dental diagnosis and treatment are provided by the responsible dentists. Grooming and make-up are commissioned separately. General jet-lag therapy, sports performance optimisation and a standalone weight programme are not part of the described services. Coordinating specialist expertise for the hand, wrist and elbow is not a general rehabilitation or return-to-play programme and does not include a routine indication for golfer's elbow surgery.
Acute care takes priority and is managed by the responsible treatment teams. Protected windows before appearances do not restrict medically necessary acute care. In an emergency, seek the appropriate emergency care immediately; a contact form does not replace it. An externally proposed procedure is not cleared remotely without sufficient information. The treating specialist remains responsible for examination, indication and treatment. Seasonal changes in appearance do not allow a diagnosis of overtraining. Changes in weight or body shape do not automatically lead to an offer of fillers. Cosmetic coverage with make-up does not replace medical assessment of risks. Organisational coordination and medical decisions have separate responsibilities.
Digital and cross-border care is reviewed in advance according to location, medical authorisation, legal requirements and insurance cover. It is not permitted everywhere or for every concern. Local contacts and locations are described as available once suitability and actual availability are confirmed; local treatment is agreed separately. A professor's personal travel is a Private option requiring a separate review. Travel and flight costs, permission to treat at the destination and event accreditation are not automatically included.
Assessment is based on the actual discipline, equipment and physical demands. A sport's name does not determine particular contact areas or general risks; golf, for example, is not automatically considered more exposed than every other sport. The procedure, healing and physical demands determine recovery intervals and when helmet use resumes. An off-season or free day is not automatic medical clearance for treatment. Safety equipment must not be modified without authority. The specific league, federation and competition rules are checked for medicines and methods. These are neither automatically equated with WADA rules nor a promise of general WADA, league or federation approval.
Aesthetic measures require the person's own wish, personal consent and medical appropriateness. A sponsor, agent, club or payer cannot order a change in appearance. Career and life roles do not prescribe how a leader, retiree or brand ambassador should look. Minors have a separate safeguarding and admission pathway, reviewing guardianship, consent and country-specific requirements; a cosmetic purchasing process is not provided there. Both programmes share the basic medical standard of personal professor-led responsibility, required second opinions, regular professional review and an annual strategy assessment. Extra time or appointment frequency in the Private mandate does not mean a higher basic quality of medical care. An annual strategy conversation does not mean full-day care unless expressly agreed.
Answers describe personal wishes and organisational priorities. Highlighted answer options offer guidance on shaping care. They are not a diagnosis, an individual treatment recommendation or a promise of a particular outcome. Medical assessment and any treatment decisions take place personally.
A dossier or free recommendation does not automatically result in a named appointment, admission, treatment or reserved appointment. Specialist fit, availability, local requirements and scope are personally reviewed and separately agreed. Identity verification and the deadlines applicable to the enquiry remain visible in the contact form.
Competitions, campaigns and travel form the organisational context. Medically necessary intervals, recovery and review periods, and possible in-person examinations are assessed individually by a doctor. A free calendar window is not medical clearance; preparation does not promise competition readiness or results by a fixed production date.
International travel does not establish worldwide availability. Travel accompaniment, locations, external services, follow-up, service hours and cover depend on the specifically agreed scope. Personal medical diligence is not a budget tier.
Images and authentic quotations from sporting figures serve an editorial sporting chronicle. They do not claim treatment by or collaboration with HPA. The image year and the occasion of a quotation may differ. Sources, creators, licences and the relevant dates remain traceable in the Transparency Register.
Personal medical advice remains independent of management, sponsors and brand interests. Organisational involvement, payment or representation does not grant automatic access to medical information. Information sharing and publication are authorised separately for each purpose and recipient. These decision-relevant boundaries also remain visible alongside the relevant questions and opt-ins.

View HPA source ↗Brands, sponsors and insurers may commission and fund an individually agreed scope of care and documentation with the agreement of the person receiving care. The specific contractual structure, services, medical responsibility, funding and availability are established personally before starting. An enquiry creates neither an entitlement to admission nor a treatment contract. The applicable personal admission process and contractual terms of the chosen care remain in effect. A campaign's duration creates neither an automatic exception nor an additional entitlement to medical measures.
The commissioning party decides the organisational and financial framework agreed with it. Personal aesthetic goals, voluntary consent to individual measures and permission to share personal information rest with the person receiving care. The responsible practitioners determine medical appropriateness. Commissioning or funding gives a brand, sponsor or insurer no authority to direct appearance, diagnosis or treatment. Marketing interests and insurance decisions do not replace a personal medical decision.
Forward-looking care means the personally agreed medical review of the starting point, progress, observations and possible next steps. It is not a promise to detect all changes or risks early or to prevent harm. Personal recognisability and natural expression are individual goals. No specific risk reduction, harm prevention, unchanged expressions, medical or aesthetic outcome, or duration of preservation is guaranteed. Acute symptoms and emergencies are assessed and treated by the responsible care services. This model does not provide blanket reputation protection, behavioural control or retrospective financial compensation for loss. Early observations relate to the agreed medical care of appearance. Public response, brand value and the avoidance of negative associations are not guaranteed.
Medical records and care documentation record the agreed scope and the facts actually established. They may support individual risk assessment by an insurer's responsible teams, but do not promise acceptance or any legal effect under insurance law. HPA guarantees neither acceptance, coverage, premiums or insurance benefits, nor statistically demonstrated risk reduction or any particular claims outcome. The terms care and documentation do not create an insurance product or automatically include expert assessment or certification. A specific expert report requires a separate review of the instruction, responsibility and qualifications.
Commissioning, payment and organisational involvement do not grant automatic access to medical information. The purpose, scope and legal basis of disclosure are established separately for each recipient. Permission for care or an insurer's review does not include permission to publish. Marketing use of names, images or treatment information requires separate approval. For minors, the separate safeguarding and admission pathway applies, together with individually reviewed representation, consent and access rights.
Care beyond the end of a campaign or brand partnership requires a corresponding agreed service period or a separate continuation agreement. Ongoing funding, responsibility and availability are expressly established. A former commissioning party's information rights do not continue solely because it previously commissioned care. Medical obligations relating to ongoing care remain in place.
Scope of care, documentation services, contact hours, cover, duration and fees are agreed before commissioning. Specific examinations and treatments, external services, medicines, products, travel and aftercare are included only to the extent expressly agreed; otherwise, they are commissioned and billed separately. An international mandate does not create blanket worldwide availability or permission to treat. Medical services depend on actual local requirements, medical authorisation and appropriate insurance cover.
