INDEPENDENT MEDICAL CARE LED BY A PROFESSOR

A personal connection to your aesthetic identity.

Your professor brings your wishes, distinctive features and calendar together in a long-term strategy. Recognisability and natural expression set the direction.

Your long-term care

SHARED MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY UNDER PROFESSORAL LEADERSHIP

The same medical standard in both programmes.

A dedicated professor, any required second opinion, regular case discussions and an annual strategy review form the shared framework for your long-term care. In both programmes, medical urgency is assessed according to the specific concern.

Professor-led care

What your care focuses on

  • Personal leadership by a medical professor, with agreed cover
  • An identity and care strategy built around your season
  • Regular consultations and preparation for key appearances
  • A named contact to coordinate your care

Keeping your strategy up to date

Your initial medical assessment, personal wishes and season calendar come together in one plan. Regular consultations, required second opinions and an annual strategy review help you understand changes early and choose the next steps thoughtfully.

A dedicated coordination contact follows appointments, outstanding tasks and handovers. Your medical contacts are responsible for clinical assessment and treatment decisions.

PERSONAL ADMISSION AND CONTRACTUAL FRAMEWORK

Get to know each other personally.
Decide together.

Long-term care starts with personal trust. We learn about your expectations and review the basis for working together. Every further step is expressly agreed.

A mandate offer is considered after the video conversation and personal meeting.

  1. Guidance

    Your personal recommendation

The free, personally prepared professor's recommendation gives you initial guidance. Admission and a care contract are decided separately in the subsequent personal process.

  2. 25 minutes · online

    The first personal conversation

In a 25-minute video conversation, you meet a member of our selection team. You discuss expectations and general questions; the team explains and reviews the minimum requirements for a mandate. A positive assessment is followed by a personal meeting with our Supervisory Board.

  3. In person · on site

The meeting with our Supervisory Board

After the video conversation and personal meeting with our Supervisory Board, HPA decides individually whether to offer an initial three-month collaboration.

  4. 3 months · initial phase

    Experience working together

The first three months are agreed as a separate initial phase. During this personal collaboration, you and HPA assess whether trust, expectations and care are a good fit for both sides.

  5. 1, 3 or 5 years · thereafter

    Continue the journey together

After a three-month initial phase that suits both sides, you and HPA may agree a contract for one, three or five years. This subsequent contract is concluded expressly and separately.

YOUR PERSONAL OFFER

You know the scope and the costs.
