01 / THE DOCUMENTED EVENTS

What is on the public record.

Following weight loss promoted in 2021, Park Bom's later appearance prompted public discussion in 2022. Some online comments drew a negative connection to JUVIS. Comments on a new JUVIS campaign in 2024 again referred to an alleged reputation for weight regain. These are individual public associations, not representative measurements of brand perception or evidence of a medical cause.

02 / THE SPECIFIC RISK

What this case reveals about a partnership.

A former ambassador may be invoked in criticism of a brand even when someone else has become the face of its new campaign.

03 / WHERE HPA COULD HELP

Where thoughtful care could make a contribution.

Agreed reviews and a clear handover could document the care actually provided and put individual changes into clinical context. Health information remains confidential. Responding to public speculation is a matter for the appropriate communications specialists. Online comments do not create a medical reason to change a person's appearance.

04 / SOURCES & CONTEXT

These publicly documented cases illustrate different risks: contract disputes, conflicting advertising claims, interrupted care and later negative associations with a brand. The people and companies are editorial case studies; their inclusion does not imply that HPA has cared for them. Each HPA perspective is a hypothetical application of our proposed services, not evidence that HPA could have prevented the events described.

These editorial portraits identify the people discussed. They may have been taken at a different time from the events in the case study. We draw no clinical findings or conclusions about treatment needs from their appearance.
